We stayed with two little kids and everything was perfect. The view is amazing, and reis magos is a very nice and clean beach with great restaurant. Manuel is a very kind and responsive host who makes sure you have a great holiday.

We had a very pleasant stay in Manuel's apartment. The view is superb, the apartment is spacious and functional, and the location near Funchal and the airport is appreciable. Manuel gave us valuable recommendations for exploring Madeira, which is a truly magnificent island. I highly recommend this accommodation!

We had a very nice stay. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of helpful information. The view was even nicer than expected, the kitchen was also well equipped and everything was very clean and parking was easy. Overall, we had a great stay and would always come back.

We were here with 2 people in October. It has a beautiful view. The beach just below has the clearest water and a restaurant with good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Walking back from the ocean to the top is difficult because it's steep, but the path through the roundabout is good. We had a rental car and did a lot from this excellent base.

Beautiful view. very clean apartment. Manuel was very helpful and offered us a early check in that was greatly appreciated. Close to sites and restaurants. Just one note, walk was a bit steep to navigate. That aside all else was great and would recommend.
