Beautiful view from the balcony. A big plus are the free parking spaces in front of the building (as well as a space in the underground garage). The apartment had everything we needed. The area is quiet, a good base for exploring the island. The owner of the facility is very friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at these apartments.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to live. Elegant, cozy and clean. We liked everything. Parking was available near the house and in a separate space in the basement of the house. The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly. I recommend!

A very friendly welcome from the owner! The apartment offers everything you need, good beds, a comfortable kitchen and bathroom, a nice terrace with beautiful views, everything very clean. It's easy to park your car on the street. It's a good base for discovering Madeira.

The location is wonderful. Excellent view. Well supplied with everything needed. There is a bus stop across the street, but we used a car to get around. Not far to walk to a small supermarket and an excellent restaurant but it is up a hill so you have to walk five blocks at the end.

Large apartment, equipped with everything, with a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. Calm and peaceful area. 10 min drive from the airport. The owner was very friendly. He welcomed us to collect the keys and give us all the information about the apartment and facilities in the area. Convenient private parking in the underground garage (underneath the building).

What an exceptional experience, we won't forget in a hurry!
The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning. The photos don't do this property justice, it really is a beautiful place. Mr Manuel, the host/owner of the property, was not only professional, but also kind and super helpful. We arrived quite late at night which meant we couldn't get any basic supplies (water, drinks and snacks) as the shops were closed. He came home and got us water, snacks and drinks to tide us over until morning when we could go to the shops ourselves. He also gave us a good tour of the apartment, information about the area, shops, taxi contact details, bus stop in front of the property too, he just made sure to give us all the information we needed. What more can I say? The sea view was lovely to wake up to and Madeira is a lovely place to visit. Everything needed to make it a home away from home is available in the apartment. I read some of the comments and all comments for improvement were addressed, for example shoemaker. The owner, Mr Manuel, cares about his guests' experience and their comfort in the apartment! Our children loved every moment we spent in the apartment! We will certainly return to Madeira and there is no doubt where we will stay as it will be this beautiful apartment. I think we really got lucky this time - we had a completely pleasant stay.

Apartment well located with a beautiful view and within walking distance of the beach.
The apartment is well suited for 4 people. It has a nice balcony with sea views. The (guarded) beach with bar and restaurant and a staircase for relatively easy access to the water is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. However, returning the shortest way is a steep climb, but there is a slightly longer path with a slightly lower incline. The bus stop to Funchal is right outside, which is very convenient for an overnight trip into the city. We drove about 10 minutes to go shopping. In the village within walking distance there is a bakery with a small cafe and a fruit and vegetable shop with a good selection of fresh produce.

It was a very welcoming welcome. The host was amazing, very generous and understanding. Due to bad weather our flight was canceled after not receiving any accommodation, we received help from the host. We are very grateful. The house was super clean with a beautiful view. The size of the apartment is suitable for a family of four for a comfortable stay. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean and coastline from the living room and master bedroom of the apartment.
We loved this apartment, it felt like home! and especially the beds were very comfortable! the view is superb :) I highly recommend the restaurant at the end of the street: Laranjinha.

Great place to stay!
Excellent apartment, well equipped and a super nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Bus station right next to the apartment, outdoor parking also available. Great host too, flexible and willing to inform you about Madeira.
